Today I am offering a bottle (8.5oz) of
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
but
this is not just any bottle of olive oil
this has a story
This olive oil is from olive trees that sit on property
owned by the Dominican Sisters of
Mission San Jose
in Northern California
Several years ago the Sisters began pressing their olives and bottling the oil with the help of an expert.
and
this olive oil is really good
it is a finishing oil
and it comes from sacred land (a California Mission)
so, to me...it is really special
little tiny disclaimer
I work with the Dominican Sisters just about every day, ...but i paid for the oil...actually i paid for 12 bottles because it is that good.
I am pretty sure it is legal to send this anywhere...so this contest is open to all readers
so the rules:
How to win
1. you must be a follower
and if you are: you are automatically entered
2. you can get a second entry by making a comment
3. and a third entry by linking to this give-away on your blog
(please let me know in your comment that you did)
4. If you are on my "push-list" and get a notice when I publish a new post: you will be automatically entered.
Good Luck

I love that you work with the people who make it - that makes it extra special! :)

This is really good stuff. I have been lucky enough to have tried it. Just eat it with some good bread. It has some really nice notes of black pepper and green peppercorns. I think I can eat a bottle with a loaf of Tuscan bread in a day.
