a beautiful italian meatloaf, made on the stove-top from olla-podrida

and how about
this homemade sweet italian sausage from go ahead and snicker

now for dessert
who can resist
fruit canned at the peak of the season
folded into
creamy homemade ricotta?

That ricotta cake looks yummy! And even though I LOVE my meatloaf recipe, it doesn't look as beautiful as that one :)
