last week
i was in wisconsin
where the weather was downright cold
but now
i am back in southern california
where the weather is
well
weather-less
sunny and warm
i feel a bit guilty
which is why
i am glad i have a give-a-way winner
to announce
nothing relieves guilt
like giving people things
according to random.org
the winner of the $40 sur la table gift card
is
andrea at andrea's kitchen
she presented
beef carpaccio
that looks pretty darn amazing
congrats Andrea!
i'm looking forward to seeing what you are cooking up
please take some time to visit at least two other participants this week
and don't forget to link back to the supper club in your post
if you are new to the club, please stop here first

Congrats to Andrea! That Beef Carpaccio does look amazing! You are taunting us with your SoCal weather report. Christy, tonight my site and yours like each other! Last week it was a no go. I wonder why that happens? Joni
ReplyDeleteSharing some great bread, thanks for hosting
ReplyDeleteAndrea, your Beef Carpaccio looks so delicious.
ReplyDeleteChristy, thank you for hosting us tonight and you have a great week!
Thanks for hosting! I linked with some Spicy Black Bean Soup. I am where it is down right cold, soup weather, sunny and warm sounds good.

Hi Christy! Oh I am so happy for Andrea! Yah! She is the BEST! I am linking up a great new recipe I just created called Tex Mex Quinoa Loco that my kids and husband both loved! Home run! All the best! Alex
ReplyDeleteWelcome back to the CA sun, my friend! All the recipes look fabulous, as always! Thank you so much for hosting!
ReplyDeleteI love your virtual supper club. Back in MD some other gals from my neighborhood and I had "Dining Divas". Love being inspired by what real people really cook. Thanks for hosting!
ReplyDeleteThat Beef Carpaccio looks yummy. Congrats to the winner.
ReplyDeleteI found your linky through another cooking blog. Hope you don't mind me joining in. I linked up my Apricot Bread Pudding and looking forward browsing through all these great recipes.
Thanks for hosting Christy!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting! Everything looks delicious! I posted the Alfredo pizza with asparagus and spinach.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting the linky. I am adding a spicy penne casserole.
ReplyDeleteHi there!
ReplyDeleteI'm your newest follower! Thanks for hosting this great Linky! :)
Hi Christy! Thank you to the random gods for choosing me to win! You are so nice! I do feel guilty that I won and not someone else that lives where the weather is miserable (I'm in Arizona where it is sunny and clear!)
ReplyDeleteOk, I'm over the guilt! Thank you also to everyone who said nice things in their comments about me and my recipes! It is very motivating!
This week I am sharing my recipe for Shrimp Salsa. It is super healthy and tastes great as a dip, or it can also be used on top of a salad.
There are so many yummy looking recipes linked up here. I have bookmarked several already. Also bookmarked your bangers n mash (think that is how you spell it?). I forgot all about that dish and when I saw where you posted that previously it reminded of an English place here that serves it. I haven't been there in a long time and sort of forgot about it. I cannot wait to make that!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the recipe and for hosting. I'm your newest follower!
